New construction, not a custom project
Plenty of families want a brand new house and have no interest in spending four months on plans. New construction is that path. We work from proven floor plans that we have already built and know the real cost of, on lots that are already developed and ready to go.
You still choose finishes, cabinets, counters, flooring and paint. What you skip is the long design phase and the surprises that come with an untested plan. If you want to change the footprint, move walls or start from your own drawings, that is a custom home and we build those too.

Energy and mechanicals
New systems throughout: HVAC, plumbing, electrical and insulation sized for the house rather than inherited from an older one.
Permits and inspections
Filed and scheduled in house so you are not chasing the city or county.
Move in ready close out
Final clean, walkthrough and punch list closed before you take the keys.

What is the difference between new construction and a custom home?
New construction uses plans we have already built on lots that are already developed, which shortens the timeline and tightens the budget. A custom home starts with your lot and your plans and takes longer by design.
Can I still choose my own finishes?
Yes. Cabinets, counters, flooring, tile, fixtures and paint are yours to pick. What stays fixed is the footprint and the structural plan, and that is exactly what keeps the schedule predictable.
How long does a new build take?
It depends on the plan, the weather and how quickly selections get made. We give you a real schedule once the plan and lot are set, and the biggest thing you control is hitting the selection deadline.
Do you have lots available, or do I need to find one?
Both work. We build on lots we have access to and on land you bring us. Tell us where you want to be and we will tell you honestly what is realistic there.
